I am thinking.."huh?"  I can't imagine that's how Joss envisioned a first episode....I'm not feeling to confident this show is going to do well.

I'm guessing rock boy was the guy we saw in front of the TV in the first episode.  Probably to show a glimpse of her real life so we want to know more about where she came from and how she came into being at the Dollhouse.  That way we have an interest in the character - or at least her background prior.

I'll give it a bit longer, but so far - unimpressed.

Like I said, I'm hoping it's just misunderstood.

Well would we like to do a combo night?  Watch episode 2 of Dollhouse and have a Dr. Horrible sing-a-long?

I really hope Dollhouse turns things around.  I find myself totally bored with the actual missions Echo is sent on.  Leaving about 5 minutes of the episode where little hints are dropped about the characters and where their headed.  5 minutes is not going to be enough after a while.

I hope Joss changes the "Echo goes on mission, mission goes wrong, Echo finds a way out of the problems" template.  That's already old and we're 2 episodes in.
