As with TNG, I've narrowed my favorites down by season.

First Season - 'The Menagerie, Parts One & Two', 'Balance of Terror', 'Arena', 'Space Seed' & 'This Side of Paradise'
Second Season - 'Amok Time', 'Mirror, Mirror', 'Journey to Babel', 'The Trouble with Tribbles' & 'A Piece of the Action'
Third Season - 'The Enterprise Incident' & 'The Cage'

Of course, I only include 'The Cage' with the third season since that's the DVD set it's on.

What about y'all?
