The first Quantum Leap Day will be next Wednesday, April 9th, at 7:30, here at my apartment.  I suppose we should start with the pilot / series premiere & go from there, for those who may want to take this opportunity to check out the series.

There will be drinks (screwdrivers provided, plus whatever ya want to bring yourself), and food (Papa John's).

Well, this is the first attempt...if there's a better day for y'all, I'm sure something can be worked out after this one.  I know Thursdays are impossible for me, because of my guaranteed overtime for the immediate future.

Any other suggestions?

Ron's schedule changes week to week.  He's off April 11-12 (works 4pm-midnight), beyond that week, I don't have his schedule yet.

Well, there's always the next one, I guess.  I think the goal here is to have a weekly gatherin', if this one works.

Speakin' of, I mentioned this to my friend Arianne, since 1) she's been talkin' about wantin' to come out for some geek gatherin' and 2) has never watched Quantum Leap, so this would be new to her.  She said she has class 'til six-thirty, and was kind of hesitant, 'til I said there would be pizza & hard liquor.  Then she said I was "speaking to her heart."

Jenn and I recently went over to Claudia's for costume making fun, and she won me over with the same combination. 

BTW - Claudia is a crazy awesome seamstress.  Just saying.  Bribe her if you need something awesome made ever.
