Tales of The Slayer
« on: October 30, 2007, 05:26:24 PM »
Okay so. I'm half-way through season 7 of BTVS. And I haven't read season 8 yet. But I'm seeing the day soon come when I'm out of Buffy and I get real real sad.

So- what about these short story collections called Tales of The Slayer? Are they any good? I thought they looked neat, but didn't know if I should buy them. Or read them AT the library as Marc suggested because I can't check books out anymore (long story).

Thoughts?

thanks!

I don't really consider them canon (not truly), but they're decent.

Marc-

When you reach those "oh my god!" moments in Buffy- call me so we can discuss! I was so sad that EVERYONE had already "been there, done that" when I was discovering new things. So I've just watched it all and it's still very new to me so we can geek out on all the good stuff together.

Also, no matter what, without exception, if Willow is crying- I am also crying.

Yeah, I guess it's Angel for me.

sigh

I had trouble getting into Angel...until I remembered that James Marsters is supposed to be the father of my children...and I quickly rewatched all of Angel.  :)

You betcha, Rita. I keep raving about Buffy on my Livejournal, much to the re-delight of all the Buffy fans.

And I think I can relate to exactly whatcha said.
