Houston's February Shindig

My chiro doesn't think sitting in a car for 3 hours would be the best for my back.  I might have to bail.  I'm very torn about this because I really want to go.  I'll know more in a day or two.

Some days, don't ya just want to scream?

So, I go in tonight to get my check & talk to (one of) my boss(es) about takin' Saturday night off.  Turns out, he already had the schedule ready for this next week, and put me on two twelve hour shifts in a row (Thursday & Friday).  He said I could take Saturday off, but 1) I wouldn't be gettin' any overtime and 2) I'd be dead tired when I got off Saturday mornin'.

That means out I'm out from both the Houston road trip AND First Sunday.

Well, I'm sad that our Houston trip is called off. But I do hope they invite us again because I'm ready to go next month!
