Angel Season Sets

Just a heads up for those of y'all who haven't gotten Angel on DVD...

...I was at Target earlier tonight, and they have bundled two packs on sale.  The first bundle has Angel - Seasons One & Two on sale for $19.99.  The second bundle has Angel - Seasons Three & Four for $14.99.  And that second bundle has a "limited time only" sticker on it.

The seasons sets are the slim pack boxes.

So, yeah, I went ahead and picked up four out of the five seasons for ubercheap.

Wow those are impressive prices.  I like the slim pack boxes so much better then those lame fold out things too.  Oh well still not worth rebuying all of them.  I like that they had to chop $5 off the price for the mess that was season 4  :P

Have you gone to Fry's Electronics?  They have the newest version of Buffy & Angel releases, where entire seasons are in the clam shell case - no thicker than a regular DVD case.  Its freaky.

Since I have the first four seasons of Angel in the slimpacks, I'll keep an eye out for the fifth season in the same sort of pack, so they match, but I may just buy Buffy sets from Fry's...less shelf space & all.

I was at Best Buy last night, and they have the fifth season in the slimpack case in stock, so if I buy it from 'em, the complete series will be in matchin' boxes.

The downside is, if I don't wait for it to be on sale, one season will cost about the same as the first four!!!

 :o

So, yeah, I'll have to keep an eye out for a sale...
